MacBook Air screens are the most affordable; larger MacBook Pro Retina and Liquid Retina XDR displays cost more. Many repair shops only ever replace the entire lid (the "display assembly"), which is the most expensive option. Where the rest of your display is healthy and only the front glass or panel is damaged, we can often do a panel-only replacement instead — keeping your original backlight, camera and cables, and saving you money.
A full display assembly is the right choice when the backlight, display cable, hinges or lid frame are also damaged, or on models where the screen isn't designed to be separated safely. During your free diagnosis we'll tell you honestly which option your MacBook needs and why — and quote both where a choice exists.
