Today we're a team of more than eleven technicians working out of a dedicated workshop in Silver Tower, Business Bay. We repair Apple laptops, desktops and tablets for individuals, students and businesses across Dubai, and we handle everything in-house rather than sending devices away.
We're an independent repair specialist — we're not an Apple-authorised service provider, and we're upfront about that. What it means for you is often faster turnaround, more affordable pricing, and repairs that authorised channels simply won't offer.
The clearest example is board-level repair. When there's a fault on the logic board, the standard route is usually a full board replacement at a high price. Our technicians can diagnose and repair the board itself with micro-soldering — replacing a single failed component instead of the whole board. That's the difference between a manageable repair and a bill that rivals a new machine.
